On June 1/ Kushtia law and order meeting held, several instructions

An emergency meeting of the district law and order committee was held at the Kushtia deputy commissioner’s conference room on Saturday (May 30) to discuss the situation after the government reopening of everything on June 1.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kushtia, Aslam Hossain presided over the meeting.

The meeting was also presented aomg others by Kushtia District Council Chairman Rabiul Islam, Superintendent of Police SM Tanvir Arafat PPM (Bar), Additional Deputy Commissioner (General, Education and ICT) Obaidur Rahman, District Commandant Ansar and VDP, BRTA, Kushtia Representative, District Transport Owner / Presidents and members of the Workers’ Association.

After detailed discussions in the meeting, it was decided to open public transport in Kushtia district on June 1 as per the conditions set by the government. The concerned government departments will work properly to take all the necessary steps to ensure that the government’s instructions was being obeyed. Decision of forming committees at district and upazila level to check whether the health rules are being followed in the operation of public transport.

The meeting also decided to bring using masks of mass people regular monitoring. Here all the previous rules will be applicable. In this case, strict instructions are given not to go out with travel in any way without using / wearing a mask.
